Rogan is an energetic and highly passionate Process Engineer and Project Management Professional with extensive experience in the mining and resources industry. His strong technical background, combined with a deep understanding of the client’s value chain, helps connect sound engineering decisions to commercial outcomes.
He brings broad experience across engineering, metallurgy, mining, petrochemical and health-and-safety standards and systems. Rogan has a strong understanding of project methodology and extensive project experience in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Southern Africa.

Allen has built an extensive career in metallurgy and mining. His background includes extractive metallurgy, leadership and mine-management programmes, followed by senior technical roles at De Beers Industrial Diamond Research Laboratory, Randfontein Estates Gold Mine, JCI Corporate and Gold Fields.
Since 2005, Allen has worked as an independent Consulting Metallurgist through Allen Phillips Consulting. His consulting work includes feasibility studies, plant audits, process reviews, project evaluation, process optimisation, project design and exploration.
His industry contributions include leadership roles in the Mine Metallurgical Managers Association and the Chamber of Mines Consulting Metallurgists Committee, together with directorship and executive experience across mining and refining businesses.

With more than three decades of experience in mechanical engineering and project management, Gavin is a seasoned consulting engineer specialising in fabrication and project delivery. He holds a B.Sc.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and an Advanced Diploma in Business Project Management from the University of Cape Town.
His experience spans engineering management, procurement, construction and technical leadership at Betterect, MIP Process, McConnell Dowell, Aqua Engineering, Andritz/Delkor, Degremont Aquazur and Rand Water. His project background includes major mineral-processing, power-station and water-treatment work.
Gavin’s achievements include the South African Institute of Steel Construction Best Export Project Award in 2022 and the Sastech/Sasol Quality Excellence Award.

His versatility and keen eye for detail help maintain a high standard across project deliverables.
Outside his drafting role, Marc is also an active freelance artist who engages with the creative community.
