Ihan brings over 20 years of expertise in minerals and
metals project management, spanning the entire project lifecycle from
feasibility to handover. His extensive experience includes collaborating with
multinational subsidiaries and technology suppliers across South Africa,
Finland, Germany, Canada, and Australia.

Ihan began his career in 1996 with Hernic Ferrochrome,
focusing on operational maintenance. He then dedicated 15 years to Outokumpu
and Outotec, where he managed proposals and projects for clients in South
Africa, Zambia, Mozambique, Botswana, Namibia, and the DRC. Following his
tenure at Watercare Mining, Ihan joined MET 63 and later partnered with RM
Process.

He achieved CAPM certification in 2013 and PMP
certification in 2015. Recently, Ihan successfully completed several chrome
beneficiation and manganese projects, underscoring his commitment to advancing
industry standards and delivering exceptional results.
