Favourite Part of the Job

I am fortunate to be part of such a wonderful team of people here at  RM Process. The company, and team, headed by Rogan Roulstone, reflect his innate integrity, high work ethic and professionalism.  The atmosphere is relaxed and flexible, yet every team member is 110% committed to, not only their specific speciality but all other team members and the project as a whole. We work hard and we deliver. It’s a space where we can collaborate, share ideas and thoughts, where everyone is so helpful and willing to share
their knowledge. But, more than anything else, each and every one of us is firstly acknowledged as a “person” and then as an employee.

Fun Facts:

As a child, Lara was a keen violinist and, at the age of 12, she performed with the Jewish Guild Orchestra under the baton of Dr. Solly Aronowsky, an experience she describes as amazing. She is a lifelong learner with a highly enquiring mind and is also qualified as a Master Life & Business Coach. While she has a strong technical background, Lara also enjoys the softer, more interpersonal aspects of her work.

Personal Interests:

Lara is a huge animal lover and follows a vegetarian lifestyle as a result. She enjoys the outdoors, including hiking, running, cycling, and swimming in the ocean. During quiet moments, she relaxes with a good book, preferring the feel and smell of a paperback in her hands. After a busy day of drafting, Lara finds relaxation in her garden, whether she is planting, pruning, or simply enjoying the birdsong from local visitors. When time permits, she can be found with a camera in hand, capturing wildlife, landscapes, and adorable pets.
